| Once you have decided on the best insulation, selecting a qualified installation team is critical. Your BioGreen Management Team has decades of combined experience as students and teachers in the technical end of the coatings industry. Our President, Larry Muzia, is a National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) Certified Inspector, a Protective Coating Specialist with The Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC), SSPC National Convention Session Co-Chair and a contributing author in industry publications, as well as being an independent corrosion and coating consultant to companies like Siemens Power Generation, FDOT, Progress Energy, Florida Power Corporation, City of Orlando, Hazen and Sawyer Engineers, PBS&J Engineers, City of Palm Bay and many others. Our Vice President, David Williams, holds a degree in aerospace engineering from West Point, and is an Army Ranger. He handles the financial, banking, bonding, administrative, and planning functions at BioGreen, with 15 years of operational and finance experience. He is also involved in field operations at BioGreen. Our Operations Manager, Brad Newman, has learned the business from the ground up, and started as a sprayman on one of BioGreen's spray foam installation crews four years ago. He also has an additional four years experience in high-end industrial coatings and linings. He personally oversees each field project that BioGreen installs, and his can-do attitude generates quality results for our customers. He has a great depth of experience on both commercial and residential projects, and he will not complete a job until the customer is satisfied. His training includes Demilec certification, Foam Seal certification, 10-hour OSHA, First Aid, Approved energy auditor, Plural component spray equipment specialist, HAZWOPER certified, Inter-NACHI infrared certified, Lee Patterson equipment certification, and is an SSPC Member. Safety First The safety of BioGreen employees, as well as all personnel on our jobsites, is of paramount importance to our company. Our field craftsmen have been trained in a host of safety and quality control programs, including OSHA 10-hour safety training. Our policy includes company-wide mandatory drug free testing, background checks, material and equipment training, and health insurance for employees and their families.
